We have a wonderful, safe classroom completely dedicated to our Little Bear children! Rather than having children scattered throughout the whole house, we have a child-friendly classroom suited just for them where we can keep a close eye on the children and learn in a space catered to the young child. I often rearrange our classroom to suit the needs of our current students and their different ages. To keep our classroom exciting and fresh, I often rotate toys, furniture, & etc.

Over the summer in 2017 we created a brand new beautiful classroom!

We also have a large privacy fenced back yard with lots of fun outdoor things to do. We like to call it our "outdoor classroom". ;)

Northtowne Park is RIGHT behind our preschool! It's only a one minute walk!

Plenty of space to learn and play!

Scheduling a tour is a wonderful way for me to show you in person what we have to offer and for me to get to know you and your child better, as well! :)

Before you schedule a tour, please read these helpful hints:

  • Please read this entire website prior to scheduling a tour, especially the "FAQ" page. During a tour I will be happy to address any other additional questions or concerns you may have.

  • Please only set up an appointment if you are serious about wanting to enroll your child.

  • Please look our address up on Google Maps prior to scheduling a tour, so there are no surprises that we may be located too far from you. Often times parents like our program, schedule a tour, and then realize that we are not on a convenient route for their commute. Mapping our address ahead of time helps to not waste your time or our time scheduling tours. :) We do however have parents that drive 30-45 minutes to bring their child here, so I can assure you we are worth the drive! ;)

  • Tours are preferably held on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays at 6:15pm. Tours should last no more than 30 minutes. I will show you around our classroom and give you a brief tour of our personal space. I will also go over our Policies and Procedures packet in detail with you. We conduct our tours after hours for the safety of the current children enrolled. We believe the focus must remain on the children during the day, after hours I am able to chat with you one-on-one, and having a later tour time allows working parents to attend a tour without missing work.

  • I encourage you to bring your child so you can see how your child interacts with me and s/he can also tour our preschool.

  • If you would like your spouse/friend/family member whom you'd like to get a second opinion from me meet me as well, please bring them to the tour also, that way we don’t have to set up multiple appointments.

  • Please be on time for your appointment. Please call as far in advance as possible, if you plan on being late/canceling/rescheduling. We plan our entire day around a tour. We do our best to showcase what we have to offer, and we spend a lot of time and energy preparing for tours. No call-no shows are very disrespectful.

  • The tour usually only lasts about 10-20 minutes.

  • The entrance to our classroom is to the left of the house. Please follow the walkway on the left.

  • After the tour, please contact us as soon as possible (within a week if possible) if you’d like to enroll your child. The spots available hardly last very long, when we advertise for an opening we often meet with several families within a matter of a few days. The sooner you let us know that you'd like to enroll, the better. When filling our openings, we take in to consideration the tour, and just as you make a decision on if our program is a good fit for your child, we also make a decision on which families are a better fit for our program. Once you let us know you'd like to enroll, we will let you know if your family was accepted and you can turn in your registration forms and deposit to guarantee your child a spot. If you have chosen NOT to enroll, please also let us know as soon as possible, and please let us know why you have not chosen our program, as we are always looking for ways we can improve our program.

Thank you for reading these helpful hints, I look forward to meeting you! :)
